Shipping policy

                             

Please note that all orders are processed and shipped out
within 2-3 business days. (excluding Saturdays,
Sundays and Holidays) to process. Shipping fees
are non-refundable. Due to processing orders cannot be canceled once they’ve been placed.

Please make sure that your address is correctly entered
and includes all applicable and required
information. The use of the correct acronym, street
numbers, building or apartment numbers, to
guarantee timely delivery.

After the order has been shipped out and received by the
carrier, we shall update you with a track and track code
which will enable you to follow up on your package and
see the remaining shipping time
Please allow 24hrs or 48 hours for tracking information to
be updated.

ChaCha Platinum Style is not liable. For shipping companies delay,
any misrouted, stolen, or lost package. All claims are filed through
USPS, and or DHL directly.
