Store Credit Policy
At ChaCha Platinum Style, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every purchase. If an item does not fit as expected, we are happy to accept returns for store credit only.
We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges.
All eligible returns must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date. Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the item price (excluding original shipping costs).
Please include your order number and the reason for the return when sending your item back.
Store credit will be processed within 5 business days after the item has been received and approved.

Return Conditions
To qualify for store credit, all items must be returned:
*Unworn
*Unwashed
*Undamaged
*Unused
*With original tags attached
Items must also be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any visible stains.
Items returned that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
*Free gifts or promotional items
*Items marked Final Sale
*Discounted, sale, or clearance items
*Sunglasses
*Bodysuits
*Swimwear or cover-ups
*Lingerie
*Visibly worn items
*Select white items
*Items returned outside the policy window
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
